the
missing
piece
We all crave connection, and creativity is the medicine.
Creative magic is everywhere – hidden in neighborhoods, small gatherings, local artists, healing spaces, maker communities, and passion projects quietly changing lives.
But most people never find them.
Artists and makers struggle for visibility beyond algorithms.
Nonprofits lack accessible tools for storytelling and support.
Creative communities grow in scattered pockets with no shared network.
Travelers crave authentic local soul but often end up with generic experiences.
And for people moving through loneliness, grief, transition, or disconnection, finding meaningful community can feel almost impossible.
The world does not lack creativity.
It lacks connection points.
Technology was supposed to bring us together, yet so many creators feel overwhelmed by websites, shops, payment systems, promotion, and constant self-marketing just to be seen.
Meanwhile, millions of people are searching for something deeper:
belonging, inspiration, healing, expression, friendship, purpose.
What’s missing is a centralized, passion-based ecosystem where creativity, community, discovery, storytelling, travel, and human connection can collide.
Passion Project's goal is to bridge that gap so that local magic becomes discoverable and people can connect more easily to their passions.
who is this for?

Passion Project is for the creators, seekers, and community-builders who make a city feel alive. For the artists, makers, musicians, photographers, writers, healers, movement teachers, workshop hosts, tarot readers, and beautifully weird niche creators building things from the heart.
For the people craving deeper connection – the ones who love buying local, discovering hidden gems, attending soulful events, supporting handmade work, exploring creativity, healing, and building real community.
For the nonprofits and grassroots organizations creating impact through art, culture, youth programs, community care, and collective healing.
And for anyone searching for their people, their purpose, or simply a place where they feel like they belong. Passion Project exists to connect humans to the people, experiences, and communities that make life feel meaningful.

Jenn Hergert
Jenn Hergert is the founder of Passion Project, a community-driven platform built to help people discover the artists, makers, healers, nonprofits, small businesses, and experiences that make life feel meaningful. Rooted in Milwaukee and inspired by a deeply personal healing journey, Passion Project exists to make purpose, creativity, and connection more visible and accessible in everyday life.
After navigating years of loss and rebuilding her life on many levels, Jenn realized her greatest gift wasn’t just creating – it was connecting and helping people figure out what lights them up. What started as a creative lightning bolt after years of healing work and a magical night filled with music, art, and inspiring conversations quickly became something much bigger: a calling to build more spaces where people feel seen, inspired, and are surrounded by safety and love.
Through Passion Project, Jenn is creating a more human, local-first way to discover community – one centered on heart over algorithms, creativity over performance, and belonging over proving. Her mission is simple but powerful: help people find their people, their purpose, and the reminder that what they love and create truly matters.
